How to make Egg fried rice
Fried
rice is one of the most common types of rice which we always find whenever we
visit a hotel or a restaurant. There are different varieties of fried rice
which are always available in the menu and they are always tantalizing when
eaten with gravy or as standalone.
When
you try to make it at home, it never turns out to be so good. But no worries,
today we will see how to make Fried rice using eggs. The main ingredient in
making Egg friend rice is Eggs and Best Basmati rice. We are using basmati rice in
this because of the size of the grains and it emits a distinct flavor and the
grains do not stick to each other means our fried rice won't end up being gummy
in the end.
This
rice you can always cook on the week-end or whenever you are hungry. It is one
of the easiest meals to cook and you can also use onions, vegetables and even
soy sauce to add more flavor to it.
Ingredients:
4 cups
of cooked basmati rice
4 eggs
2
tblspn oil
1 cut
and chopped onion
1 cup
mixed vegetables finely chopped into pieces.

tblspn soy sauce
Method:
Take 3
of the 4 eggs and pour them into the bowl after breaking them. Break the 4th
egg in a separate bowl.
On a
Pan, heat the oil over medium heat and when the oil gets hot, add the beaten
eggs and let them scramble for a minute.
Now
transfer the eggs to a dish and turn off the heat.
Clean
the pan.
Now,
add some oil again in the pan over medium-high heat. Now add the onions and
cook them for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the
mixed vegetables and cook for a minute.
Now add
the cooked rice into the pan and cook for a few minutes, until the rice is
heated through.
Now
pour the single beaten egg over the rice and stir to coat the rice with the
egg.
Cook
for another minute.
Add the
soy sauce and stir to distribute the sauce.
Add the
3 scrambled eggs and stir to mix again. Serve hot.
